General Provisions

1.1 No applicant for enrollment shall be denied admission to the school by reasons of sex/gender, age, nationality, religion, political affiliation, or physical disability.
1.2 ​Special qualifications may be required within the bounds of academic freedom and the constitution, as well as the
school policies.
2. Admission Requirements
2.1 Result of entrance examination (if needed)

2.2 Photocopy of birth certificate from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)

2.3. Original copy of Report Card and Form 137

2.4. Certificate of Good Moral Character as certified by the Head of the school last attended
2.4.1 ​Old/ Returning Students

Old/returning students shall be allowed to enroll only after they shall have secured their clearance from all monetary or other obligations and shall have received their report card from the previous school year duly signed by their adviser and the school head.
2.4.2 Transferees/ New Students

Transferees/new students shall comply with the requirements for admission required by the school.
The enrollment of any student shall be done only during the days specified in the school calendar or in a memorandum issued by the School Head or his/her duly appointed representative. Students may enroll in any of the days during the registration period.
Regular, miscellaneous, and other school fees shall be fixed by the School Management duly approved by the Board of Directors, subject to exemptions or deductions as may be promulgated.
The term regular fees shall include tuition fees to be paid by the student in connection with his registration. Miscellaneous fees shall be those charged other than the regular fees, such as fees for school programs and services. Other school fees shall be those which are not part of the regular and miscellaneous fees such as membership fees for the recognized clubs and organizations of the school and the like.
